GIVE IT A TRY!

If you are a new student and interested in trying out a class, you can fill in the online form & come along to see what you think. If your child does not wish to join there is no fee for this class. If your child wishes to join VBPA term fees can be paid at the end of the class. All classes are co-ordinated by age group. There is an advanced class that some children are invited to join. There is an extra fee for this class.

    *All parents/ students will receive texts throughout the years for different matters on the dance school. Please inform Vicky if you cannot receive texts orif this does not suit you.

    *All parents/guardians of NEW students are welcome to stay for the first class to watch. However this does not apply to those who have attended class before. Parents/guardians and friends are not permitted to stay in the hall for class or enter the hall until the class has finished completely asit distracts students from learning to the best of their ability.

    *Class space is reserved. Therefore no refunds can be given for missed or dropped classes. The registration fee will not be refunded once the term has started. *The parent or guardian signing this release form acknowledges our policy and understands that his/her child or adult student istaking classes at his/her own risk and agrees to hold Vicky Barry Performing Arts, its instructors, and/or assignees harmless for any claims arising out of injury or other loss to named applicant or any member of his/her family whether as a participant in the activities oras a spectator. Parents/guardians acknowledge and consent that photographic or video material of all or individual children in the school performing during class or shows maybe used in the promotional advertising on behave of the school.

    *The fee is €80 per term for one hour class and €125 per term for 2 hour class, 15% discount for siblings. All fees must be paid either online here or in a sealed envelope on the FIRST day of the term. No student will be permitted to take part in class unless fees are paid in full.

    You can either pay for the term online here or at the start of your class in a sealed envelope. Please find prices here. You may also pay a €20 deposit online to keep your place and pay remaining fees at the start of the first class of the term in a sealed envelope with students name, age and class on the front. Please note there will be a 3% charge on all payments online.

    IMPORTANT NOTES

    We run four 10 week terms per year
    Holiday breaks run in accordance to the school calendar
    Fees are strictly due in full on week one of each term
    Families can avail of our discount rate
    All payments must be handed into us in a marked envelope
    Uniform/ costume/ DVD payments must be separated from course fees
    We do not offer refunds after confirmed enrollments
    Students must attend classes to gain from our program
    Absence notice must be given in advance by txt
    Late arrivals / collections to class must be avoided
    Parents do not stay in classes with their children
    Annually we produce a show to display the class work
    Please take note that there is a small fee for costumes
    Correct Performing Arts School uniforms must be worn at all times
